Noblechairs HERO Gaming Chair (Black/Gold, PU Faux Leather)

What is the weight limit for this gaming chair?

The Noblechairs HERO supports users up to 150kg (approximately 23.5 stone). The robust steel frame construction and cast aluminium base provide exceptional stability even at maximum weight capacity. The chair maintains its structural integrity and comfort features regardless of user weight within this limit.

How does the integrated lumbar support work?

The chair features a built-in lumbar adjustment mechanism controlled by a knob located on the side. This system provides precise lower back support without requiring separate cushions. You can fine-tune the lumbar curve to match your spine's natural shape, offering superior support compared to pillow-based systems found on cheaper gaming chairs.

Can I assemble this chair by myself?

Yes, the chair can be assembled solo in approximately 30-45 minutes. The instructions suggest two people for easier handling, but many users successfully build it alone. The package includes all necessary tools - a combination allen key and screwdriver. The glossy instruction manual provides clear step-by-step guidance with detailed illustrations.

What are the seat dimensions and will it fit larger users?

The seat measures 52cm wide with a 50cm depth, whilst the backrest stands 89cm tall and 57cm wide at shoulder level. These generous dimensions accommodate users up to 6'3" comfortably, with the backrest tall enough to support the head. The wide seat allows freedom of movement without feeling constrained by side bolsters.

How much can the backrest recline?

The backrest adjusts from 90° upright to 135° fully reclined. The rocking mechanism allows up to 11° of movement and you can adjust the recline tension to suit your preference. The chair locks at any angle within this range, making it suitable for both focused work and relaxed gaming sessions.

What's the difference between PU leather and real leather versions?

The PU faux leather version uses 1.5mm thick vegan material that's breathable and easy to maintain. Real leather options feature 1.7mm thick top-grain leather for enhanced durability and luxury feel. Both materials offer excellent comfort and appearance, with PU leather being more affordable and animal-friendly.

Are replacement parts available if something breaks?

Yes, Noblechairs offers replacement gas lifts in different heights if you need to adjust the chair's overall height range. The company also provides customer support for other replacement parts. The robust construction means parts rarely fail, but support is available when needed through their UK distribution network.

How do the 4D armrests adjust?

The armrests move in four directions: up and down for height, left and right for width, forward and backward for depth and they pivot for angle adjustment. This comprehensive adjustability ensures optimal arm support for different activities. The armrests lock securely in position once adjusted, though some users report slight movement under heavy use.
